Use the method that reflects how the Company paid: bank transfer, wire, Payoneer, Wise, check, cash, an accounting platform, or Other.

Add a transaction or remittance reference when it helps authorized users match the evidence. Use the note for relevant operational context, not passwords, full bank credentials, or unrelated personal information.

Attach a payment confirmation only when useful and safe. Friday Falcon stores supported files privately and checks access again for download.
