Use Friday Falcon safely and honestly.

Do not use Friday Falcon to

• Violate law, another person's rights or a duty you owe to someone else.
• Access, disclose, alter or export another customer's data without authority.
• Upload malware, exploit the service, evade security or usage controls, or disrupt other users.
• Impersonate a person or organization or falsify identity, residence, work, approvals, tax status, invoices, payments or payout-destination information.
• Send spam, phishing, harassment, threats, deceptive communications or unlawful discriminatory content.
• Upload content without the necessary intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or contractual rights.
• Present generated documents, AI assistance or operational records as legal, tax, accounting, classification, immigration, employment or investment advice from Friday Falcon.
• Conduct unapproved regulated financial activity, custody, lending, stored value, money transmission or sanctions evasion.
• Resell, scrape, reverse engineer or automate access except through an authorized interface or written agreement.

How safety restrictions work

Ravenna may investigate suspected abuse and restrict the narrowest affected account, session, integration, feature or workspace when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, the service or a provider, or to comply with law. Urgent security, fraud or safety risks may require immediate action. Any applicable notice, cure, appeal or export rights are governed by the current Terms or an applicable order form; this page does not invent additional fixed deadlines.

Email hello@fridayfalcon.com. Include a factual description and avoid sending sensitive data. Friday Falcon does not currently offer a formal security-research safe harbor, so obtain written permission before probing or testing systems you do not own.
