Service providers, without the guesswork.
Ravenna Technologies LLC uses a small set of providers to operate Friday Falcon. The providers listed here currently support the service and may process production data for the stated purpose.
Current operational providers

| Resend | Delivers supported transactional email. | Recipient and message-delivery data when Friday Falcon sends an account or company message. |
| Stripe | Stripe Billing processes Friday Falcon subscription payments and is separate from contractor payments. | Active only for Companies where subscription billing is enabled. Stripe receives the billing and payment data needed for checkout, invoices and refunds. |
Customer-connected services
Google and Microsoft process invoice-email information only when an authorized user connects a Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 mailbox and directs Friday Falcon to send an invoice. Friday Falcon sends the chosen recipient address, subject, message, and exact invoice PDF through that provider. It does not request access to read inboxes, contacts, files, or calendars.
These are customer-directed integrations rather than services that receive every customer's data by default. Connection credentials are encrypted in server-only storage and can be disconnected or revoked. Provider acceptance confirms that the provider accepted a send request; it does not prove recipient delivery, opening, or payment.
How the list changes
Provider retention and deletion handling depends on the service, configuration, data type, contract and applicable law. We update this page when the active provider set materially changes. Where a controlling data processing addendum or order form requires notice of a provider change, Ravenna provides notice under that document.
