Enter a full or partial payment

Add the amount the Company paid outside Friday Falcon. Do not enter the approved total if only part of it was paid.

Friday Falcon records the payment; it does not send money.

When the entered amount satisfies everything still owed, review the preview and choose Mark as paid. The result becomes Paid.

When money remains, choose Save partial payment. The result becomes Partially paid and Friday Falcon shows Still owed.

This is a fictional example with no earlier payments or corrections. The confirmed amount is USD 80. The Company pays USD 30 through its bank, then enters USD 30 in Friday Falcon and chooses Save partial payment. The result is Partially paid, with USD 50 still owed.

If the Company later pays the remaining USD 50, enter that separate payment and choose Mark as paid. The amount still owed becomes USD 0. Both payments took place outside Friday Falcon.

Enter each real payment separately. The amount reaches Paid only when the accepted payment evidence covers the finalized amount.
