Friday Falcon Company subscription and included review

An eligible Company may complete one genuine contractor amount review before purchasing a subscription. No card is required. This is an outcome-based pre-purchase experience, not a timed subscription trial.

Confirming an amount does not send payment. The Company still pays the Contractor through its normal method and records the result separately in Friday Falcon.

Friday Falcon Company costs $59 per Company per month or $590 per Company per year at initial launch. There is no per-seat or per-contractor subscription charge at launch.

Checkout is available only where subscription billing has been enabled for the company. Nothing starts billing automatically, and no card is required for the included amount review.

An authorized Customer representative may request a refund of the Company’s first successfully charged Friday Falcon subscription payment by emailing hello@fridayfalcon.com within 30 calendar days after the charge date. The refund applies once per Company, covers only that first subscription payment, and is returned to the original payment method.

The refund does not cover later renewals or other charges, promise a particular outcome, or cancel future renewal. Cancel the subscription separately to stop renewal.

Use the subscription controls available for the Company or email hello@fridayfalcon.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Ending a subscription does not itself delete Company records.

Stripe Billing handles Friday Falcon subscription checkout, invoices, refunds, and subscription status where paid billing is enabled. It does not send contractor payments. Friday Falcon does not generally move contractor money.
