What finalizing an agreement does
Finalizing preserves the exact agreement version and makes it Ready to assign. It does not assign or accept the agreement.
Finalizing creates the usable version
Finalize agreement preserves the reviewed PDF as the exact version that is Ready to assign. Later changes require a new version.
Review before finalizing
Confirm the title, relationship type, required status, document contents, and version number. Complete the review confirmation shown by Friday Falcon.
What it does not do
Finalizing does not assign the agreement to a Contractor or record Contractor acceptance. It preserves the reviewed file as the version that can be assigned.
