Upload, finalize, and assign an agreement

Open Agreements and choose Upload agreement. Add the finished PDF you want the Contractor to review, give it a clear name, and choose whether acceptance is required.

Open the uploaded agreement and confirm that the PDF reflects the intended terms. It is not ready to assign until you finalize it.

1. Open the agreement detail.
2. Review the PDF and version number.
3. Complete the required review confirmation.
4. Choose Finalize agreement.

Finalizing creates the version that is Ready to assign. It preserves the exact file and terms used for later assignments.

Choose the eligible Contractor and create the assignment. The Contractor can review and accept that exact version. Friday Falcon records the person, version, date, and time of acceptance.

Friday Falcon records the exact agreement version and the Contractor's acceptance evidence. It does not alter or certify the uploaded PDF.
