Why an item appears in Attention

Attention can identify a Timesheet, expense, missing setup item, amount-review blocker, or payment status that needs action from your role.

Use the item’s action to review the underlying evidence. The Attention card is a pointer; complete the task on the record itself.

Attention follows current access. Another person may own the action, or the record may be outside your team or Permissions.

The item clears when the underlying condition no longer requires your action. Refresh if another authorized person completed the work while the page was open.
