Choose who a Team Lead leads

Use team assignments to define the Contractors a Team Lead is responsible for.

Team membership defines the group

A Team Lead leads the Contractors assigned to that team. Another Team Lead can be responsible for a different team without seeing this team’s records.

Choose the people

  1. Open Settings, then Teams.
  2. Create or choose the team.
  3. Add the Contractors who belong to it.
  4. Assign the Team Lead.
  5. Review the person-by-person Permissions.

When the group changes

Update the team membership. Friday Falcon recalculates the Team Lead’s team-based access from the current assignment while preserving the relationship history underneath.
