Resend or revoke an invitation

Open People and review Pending invitations. The status shows whether the invitation is still available to accept.

Choose Resend invitation when the intended person still needs access. Friday Falcon creates a fresh delivery attempt or secure link according to the option shown. Share secure links only with the invited person.

Choose Revoke invitation when the person should no longer be able to join through that invitation. Revoking the invitation does not delete an accepted Contractor record.

Do not create a second invitation merely because the first email was missed. Resend the existing invitation so the Company keeps one clear invitation history.
