Invite a Contractor
Add a Contractor to the Company and send or share a secure invitation to join Friday Falcon.
Before you invite someone
Use the Contractor’s current email address and a name they will recognize. An invitation adds the person to this Company only; it does not expose My business or another Company.
Create the invitation
- Open People.
- Choose Invite a contractor.
- Enter the Contractor’s name and email address.
- Choose whether Friday Falcon should email the invitation or create a secure link for you to share.
- Create the invitation.
Email and secure-link delivery
If email delivery is selected, Friday Falcon queues the invitation email. If you choose a secure link, share it only with the intended person. The link can be accepted only under the invitation rules shown on screen.
If they have not joined
Review Pending invitations in People. You can resend an active invitation or revoke one that should no longer be used.
