The Contractor can still prepare the expense. It has not been submitted for Company review.

The saved version is waiting for an authorized reviewer. Submission does not mean approval.

The Company accepted the submitted expense version. The approved evidence can participate in Review what you owe where the live amount rules include it.

The submitted version was not accepted. Review the recorded reason. Rejection does not delete the expense history.
