These actions record different evidence. Use the label that matches what the person actually confirmed.
Document review
A review record confirms that the person reviewed a document in Friday Falcon. It does not record agreement to the contents.
Agreement acceptance
Agreement acceptance records that the Contractor selected the acceptance statement for a specific assigned agreement version.
Use exact language
When reporting the history, say Reviewed for a document and Accepted for an agreement. Those labels describe the exact evidence Friday Falcon records.
