Why can’t someone see this?

Friday Falcon shows each person only the Companies, people, records, and actions included in their current access.

Access follows the person and the record

A person may have access to one Company but not another. A Team Lead may see only the people they lead. Finance may see payment work without seeing unrelated Contractor details. My business remains private to its owner.

Check the current area

Use the Company switcher and confirm that the correct Company or My business is selected. If you followed an old link, the link may point to a Company or record you no longer have access to.

Check the person’s access

  1. Open People or Settings with an Owner or Administrator account.
  2. Find the person and review their Access role.
  3. For a Team Lead, confirm the team and people they lead.
  4. Review the Permissions needed for the missing action or information.
  5. Save any deliberate change, then ask the person to refresh.

Do not broaden access as a shortcut

Give only the access the person needs. In particular, do not add compensation, invoice, or payment visibility merely to resolve an unrelated operational task.
