Who can see Time away?
Time away appears to the Contractor and to Company users whose team and Permissions include that availability.
Contractor view
The Contractor can view the Time away records available for their own Company relationship and the history shown on the detail page.
Company view
Owners and authorized Administrators can see availability needed for Company planning. A Team Lead sees availability only for the people covered by the team and current Permissions.
Financial privacy
Seeing Time away does not include compensation, rates, invoices, amounts owed, or payment details.
Notes
Keep notes limited to information the Company needs for planning. Do not add unnecessary medical or other sensitive personal details.
