Keep compensation and invoice information private

A person can review operational work without seeing rates, compensation, invoices, amounts owed, or payment details. Friday Falcon does not add financial visibility merely because someone becomes a Team Lead.

Ask which financial task the person must complete and which Contractors it covers. Choose the narrowest Permission and set of people that supports that task.

Use the person’s effective access view or the affected page to confirm the intended result. A missing menu can mean the person lacks the required Permission; it should not be solved by assigning Owner or Administrator unnecessarily.

When responsibilities change, remove the financial access. The historical decisions and records remain preserved for authorized users.
