Set an Expected schedule
Record when work is normally expected so the Company can plan without treating the schedule as attendance evidence.
What the schedule means
An Expected schedule is a planning record for when work is normally expected. It does not clock a Contractor in, prove attendance, or create worked time.
Add or change it
Open Settings, then Expected schedules. Choose the Contractor or applicable setup, enter the expected days and times, review the Company time zone, and save the effective schedule.
Use separate records for changes
Use Time away for a Contractor’s planned unavailability. Use a Company closure when Company work is not expected. Use Time Entries for work that actually occurred.
